For those of you who haven’t been to Altamont before, it is a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. Although the town has a grocery store and a convenience store, there are no restaurants or lodging options within the town itself. The lodging on the L.C. Ranch is fully booked for the wedding, but there are several alternatives for nearby lodging (detailed below).
In addition, a lot of people have been asking about camping on the ranch. Please feel free to bring your camping gear, there are numerous places on the ranch to sleep under the stars. There are also several RV hookups and places to park a truck with a camper or RV. If you have any questions, please contact us. Lodging in the nearby (approximately 17 miles) and larger town of Roosevelt:
Winterton Suites: 1024 W. Hwy 40, Roosevelt, UT. (435) 725-1990. This is the newest hotel in Roosevelt and we recommend staying here if you will be staying in Roosevelt. We have blocked out all twelve rooms at the Winterton Suites. Please be sure to mention our wedding when you make your reservation.
